New Interactive Teller Machines make banking at QCU more convenient
Quincy Credit Union is excited to announce that it now has an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) in Kilroy Square and another will be at the new Marshfield location when the branch officially opens.
ITMs are a type of banking technology that combine the features of ATMS and live tellers. QCU’s ITMs have video screens that allow customers to see and speak with a live remote representative who can help them with their accounts or transactions.
ITMs are user-friendly and easy to operate. The ITM video teller is prompted when the customer selects the Live Teller option. The QCU teller appears on the screen to assist the customer with various transactions including, but not limited to withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, and transfers. Our Interactive Tellers are available during regular banking hours.
This technology is ideal for consumer transactions, but complex business transactions or those with many items are not recommended. For ITM transactions, you will not use your debit card. A photo I.D. may be required to verify your identity. Customers will continue to use their debit cards for ATM transactions any time, day or night.
